GlobSec Bratislava Forum 2022

The 17th edition of the Bratislava Forum will be held on 2-4 June 2022 in Bratislava, Slovakia. Organized by GLOBSEC in partnership with the Slovakian Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs and Good Idea Slovakia it promises participants an opportunity to conduct formal and informal discussions on solutions for, and best ways to tackle possible security crises. Established as the leading platform in the Central European region forum will be open to government officials, experts from think tanks, academia, the private sector, and innovators.

Held under the theme “Reviving trust in the time of change” it will look back at the past two years under a pandemic and the influence it had on the global community, as well as on the current state of global affairs trying to answer “How can we make our democracies more resilient and better able to counter authoritarian regimes in a divided world?” trough 3 themes:

  • Mobilize Support & Action for Ukraine and the Broader European Neighbourhood
  • Mobilize Resources of the West to Strengthen Resilience at Home
  • Mobilize Global Coalitions to Defy Authoritarian Powers

The focus will also be on sustainability, trust and change. Aside from the introductory session, there will be plenty of thematic side events and brainstorming sessions.
