The Asian Development Bank (ADB) is a regional development bank which is based in Mandaluyong, Philippines. The organization has 31 field offices worldwide tasked to promote the social and economic development in Asia. The ADB has 68 members which consist of member states of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) as well as developed countries from outside the region.
