Cyber 9/12 Strategy Challenge 2023

The Cyber 9/12 Strategy Challenge 2023 will be held online on 13–14 April 2023. The competition is organised by the Geneva Centre for Security Policy and the Atlantic Council’s Cyber Statecraft Initiative, together with other partners, and will be dedicated to providing students with a deeper understanding of the policy challenges associated with cyber crisis and conflict.

As part of the challenge, students will work in teams to tackle a major fictional cyberattack, respond to evolving situations, and develop policy recommendations. Through interactive learning experiences and a competitive scenario exercise, participants will be challenged to respond to a realistic, evolving cyberattack and analyse its threat to national, international, and private sector interests.
