4th SEEDIG Meeting
The fourth annual South Eastern European Dialogue on Internet Governance (SEEDIG) meeting will be held in Ljubljana, Slovenia on 23-24 May 2018. The event will be held under the patronage of the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia, and is hosted by the Digitas Institute.
SEEDIG is a sub-regional IGF initiative dedicated to open, inclusive, and informal dialogue on Internet governance issues among all interested stakeholders in South Eastern Europe and the neighbouring area (SEE). The 2018 meeting will be preceded by the second editions of the SEEDIG Youth School and Fellowship Programme, as well an introductory session to Internet governance.
Topics to be covered during the event include, inter alia:
- Digital policy in SEE, at national and regional level
- Digital literacy
- Network neutrality and platform neutrality
- Digital rights
- Cybersecurity
- Data economy
- Data-driven technologies
