The focus of the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise (GFCE) 2019 is to further strengthen an ecosystem for international co-operation on cyber capacity building (CCB). The GFCE Annual Meeting 2019 aims to move further towards the implementation of CCB. The focus of the meeting will be on the following elements:

  • Global workshops (organised by the working groups)
  • Launch of the renewed CCB knowledge portal
  • Introduction of the GFCE Foundation and the GFCE Fund with the World Bank
  • Presentation of the clearing house mechanism
  • Discussion on GFCE developments, such as the governance of the GFCE and the CCB research agenda
