Two recent rulings by the Court of Justice of the European Union – one which confirms that companies operating in a country may be held accountable by the national data protection authority, and the other invalidating the long-standing Safe Harbor agreement – are expected to have global implications for data protection and privacy. More developments are taking place in other areas of digital policy, including the publication and call for comments on the latest WSIS+10 Zero Draft, the IANA transition and the question of property, and much more. How are these updates shaping future developments, and what can we expect in November? Join us online, or in situ, for our next webinar briefing on Tuesday, 27th October, at 12:00 UTC (13:00 CEST).

You receive hundreds of pieces of information on digital politics.

We decode, contextualise, and analyse them.
Then we summarise them for you.

Join us once a month for a round-up of the main IG-related events and developments, as we also look ahead at what’s to come. Every last Tuesday of the month, the monthly Internet governance briefings provide a ‘zoomed-out’ update of the major global IG and digital policies developments.
