DiploHack on Human Rights
The DiploHack on Human Rights in Geneva is a dynamic two-day event to tackle complex challenges in an innovative way. The DiploHack will bring together diplomats and human rights experts with tech developers, designers, innovators and entrepreneurs to ‘hack’ human rights challenges presented by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) and/or other human rights actors. ‘Hacking’ in this context means inventive problem-solving. From the multidisciplinary expertise of the participants teams will be formed, which include all key competencies to identify and develop new perspectives of solutions and build proof-of-concepts from scratch. Their results will be officially presented at the 31st session of the Human Rights Council.
The DiploHack on Human Rights in Geneva is organised in collaboration with the Mission of the Netherlands, Impact Hub Geneva and THE Port association.
