G20 Summit
The G20 Leaders’ Summit 2022 will take place in Bali, Indonesia on 15 and 16 November. It will include the participation of the G20 Heads of State and Government, their counterparts from invited countries, and the representatives of some of the main international and regional organisations.
The Summit represents the culmination of the G20 process and intense work carried out within the Ministerial Meetings, Working Groups, and Engagement Groups throughout the year.
The main goal of Indonesia’s G20 2022 Presidency is to ‘Recover together, recover stronger‘ from the consequences of COVID-19. Therefore, Indonesia has chosen three priority issues for its G20 2022 Presidency:
- Global Health Architecture,
- Sustainable Energy Transition, and
- Digital Transformation.
Through these issues, Indonesia will continue to take the lead on ensuring equitable access to COVID-19 vaccines, promoting sustainable and inclusive economic development through MSMEs participation and digital economy.
