The 54th session of the Human Rights Council
The 54th regular session of Human Rights Council will continue its quintessential work of promoting the protection of all human rights, civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights, including the right to development.
The 54th session will see a panel discussion on cyberbullying against children on 27 September from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Additionally, a summary report of OHCHR on the panel discussion on the role of digital, media and information literacy in the promotion and enjoyment of the right to freedom of opinion and expression held during the 53rd session will be ready for presentation (A/HRC/54/49).
The Council will also consider a report on the impact of new technologies intended for climate protection on the enjoyment of human rights as provided by the HRC Advisory Committee (A/HRC/54/47).
