Ilona Stadnik

Ms Ilona Stadnik is a PhD candidate at the School of International Relations, St Petersburg State University, Russia and is currently aa Fulbright Visiting Researcher at the Georgia Institute of Technology, USA, working with the Internet Governance Project (2018/2019).  Ilona has been a regular participant and speaker at major cybersecurity events such as the IGF (Internet Governance Forum), CyFy, and EuroDIG (European Dialogue on Internet Governance). Her research covers international cybernorm-making, Russian-US relations in cybersecurity, and global Internet governance.
