Singapore data protection authority introduces initiatives to facilitate date flows
According to OpenGov, the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) of Singapore introduced three new initiatives to facilitate the movement of data and to strengthen accountability among organisations. As part of the review of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), the authority has also launched a public consultation on proposed data portability and data innovation provisions.
