Pennsylvania to enact RUFADAA
The state of Pennsylvania, USA is set to enact the Revised Uniform Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act (RUFADAA), which provides fiduciaries (e.g. executors, agents under power of attorneys) rights to manage digital assets of the deceased or the incapacitated. The RUFADAA was developed by the Uniform Law Commission and has been adopted or in the process of being adopted by most states of the USA.
