Huawei to build 5G smart hospital in Thailand
Huawei Technologies was reported to have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Faculty of Medicine of Siriraj Hospital in Thailand to establish a 5G smart hospital. The MoU notes that the faculty will apply integrated digital technologies using 5G infrastructure, artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and cloud edge computing, to provide enhanced services. The five-year agreement will enable Huawei to provide 5G technology to the faculty, allowing the immediate upgrade of the existing infrastructure.
