Caribbean Science Foundation concludes 4th Computer Coding Workshop
The Caribbean Science Foundation (CSF), a non-profit organisation that promotes science and technology in the Caribbean, hosted the fall CSF Computer Coding Workshop which was attended by 19 students from Barbados. The CSF has been hosting workshops since 2018 and has trained 71 students as part of exposing them to ICT focused careers. This workshop was conducted over 13 weeks, with the main focus being on website and mobile app development, concluding with a projects showcase by the students. In January 2020, the CSF will host another workshop in Barbados focused on girls and women with a parallel workshop being run in Dominica. For more information, visit the dedicated webpage.
