Cyprus prepares national AI strategy
The government of Cyprus has announced that it approved a national strategy for artificial intelligence (AI), aimed to help the country become a pioneer in the field of AI. The document is built around four key pillars: maximising investment through partnerships, creating national databases, nurturing talents and lifelong learning, and developing ethical and trustworthy AI. The strategy needs to be approved by the country’s Parliament to become applicable.
