Ethiopia invites tenders for digital ID kits
Ethiopia’s National ID Programme under the Office of the Prime Minister is inviting bids for biometric registration kits with carrying case and power back-up. These will be used for mobile registration as the national digital ID scheme takes shape. According to the call, supply of the kits will be in two lots, with the first lot comprising 300 biometric registration kits, carrying cases and 50 batteries and the second 15 registration kits. The tender is open until 9 May 2022.
