Grameenphone, Telenor, UNICEF join hands to make online education safe for children
Grameenphone, Telenor, and the United Nations Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) launched Digiworld Bangla, a learning resource in Bangla for children between 5-16 years to help them develop their understanding of online safety and hygiene and strengthen their digital resilience, especially during the ongoing pandemic. The Digiworld Bangla platform helps children learn through interactive games and access to a digital library, which can help them to learn at their own pace.
Collaboratively, Grameenphone, Telenor, and UNICEF have trained 1 million children and engaged with 3 million parents and guardians across Bangladesh.
