IETF created ‘Error 451’ status code to report legal obstacles
The Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) has created a standard for cases when a page has been taken down due to legal reasons. Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP), status code for use when resource access is denied as a consequence of legal demands. The protocol is named 451 as an allusion on a popular novel by Ray Bradbury: ‘Fahrenheit 451’.
