If red lines are crossed, the US could conduct offensive cyber-operations against others

In an interview to BBC Richard Ledgett, deputy director of the US National Security Agency (NSA), invited for nations to identify red lines of cyber-attacks, crossing which would lead to consequences. In return, US could conduct offensive cyber-operations against other networks, but could also impose diplomatic or political measures such as sanctions.
