Obama: the Internet helps terrorists to ‘poison the minds of people’
In the aftermath of last week’s shooting in San Bernardino, U.S. President Obama has highlighted the dangers of the Internet. As it ‘erases the distance between countries, we see growing efforts by terrorists to poison the minds of people like the Boston Marathon bombers and the San Bernardino killers’, he said. He further urged law enforcement to make it more difficult for terrorists ‘to use technology to escape from justice’.
