Scotland’s CENSIS will provide IoT cybersecurity support for businesses
The CENSIS – Scotland’s internet of things (IoT) centre of excellence – launched a new service titled IoT Secure. Through this new service, the CENSIS will provide cybersecurity support for businesses either involved in creating IoT devices or looking to incorporate IoT into their existing services. This support will include one-to-one cybersecurity consultations, as well as delivering guidance on best practices, legislation, manufacturing, and design. The CENSIS will also offer start-ups and SMEs a customised support package that includes technical assistance to address specific challenges. The IoT Secure initiative is part of the IoT Cyber Challenge programme, which was launched at the CENSIS Technology Summit in November 2019.
