Spamhaus lists the top 10 worst TLDs in terms of spam

Spamhaus has published and is regularly updating a list with the top level domains (TLDs) that have the ‘worst reputations for spam operations’. The list shows the ratio of TLDs seen by systems at Spamhaus versus the domains that Spamhaus systems profile as spamming or being used for bonnet or malware abuse. According to this list, .diet, .click, .download, .review, .work, and .tokyo are the five TLDs with more than  50% ‘bad domains’ each. By publishing this list, Spamhaus draws attention to the fact that ‘spam continue to plague the Internet because spammers find it easy to obtain thousands of domain names from TLD registries and their resellers’.
