US president signed the Internet of Things Cybersecurity Improvement Act

Following the US Congress approval, the US president signed H.R. 1668, the ‘Internet of Things Cybersecurity Improvement Act of 2020’ into law. The law authorises the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) to define cybersecurity standards for Internet connected devices purchased and used by federal agencies.
